Return / Cancellation Policy

A. Withdrawal

Customers who make purchases through our online store, by phone or through the order form on our website, as consumers can make an unjustified withdrawal from the purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

In order to make a withdrawal, the customers must within the above period of 14 days send us the completed Product Return Form that they will find here and which is enclosed in the package of the package they received, or any other clear statement of their decision to withdraw or at the postal address 11A Spyrou Lambrou, Ioannina, PC 45333 or by email to info@diethnes.eu and then deliver the product to us without undue delay and definitely within 14 days from the day they announced their decision to withdraw to any store INTERNATIONAL wish or send it with his own costs to the above postal address.

Alternatively, customers can send within the above period of 14 days the completed Product Return Form or the withdrawal statement together with the product to be returned by enclosing it in the package.
 
In order to receive a return, the product sent for receipt by our company must be in the condition received, not used, must be complete with the original packaging intact along with all the documents that accompanied the product, the correct storage conditions have been maintained and the products in general have not undergone any reduction in their value.

The returned products must be sent to the above address and must be accompanied by: a) the Retail Receipt / Sales Invoice or the Delivery Note and the Withdrawal Declaration (even if you have already sent it to us electronically).

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products which may be altered or which expire soon, or which are vulnerable and therefore sensitive.  

If the above withdrawal conditions are met, the price will be refunded directly by us or in cooperation with the cooperating payment provider or otherwise within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the event that you are refunded through a third party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Viva Payments, credit card, etc.) you may be charged a fee charged by that third party provider based on its terms of use and operation, for which is not the responsibility of our company.

B. Real defect or Lack of agreed capacity

Our goal is to ensure the absolute satisfaction of the customer. In all cases of return of products due to a found real defect or found lack of agreed quality through our fault, purchased from our online store, by phone or through the order form on our website, the following applies:
    i. The Customer is entitled at his choice: a) to demand, without charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, b) to request a reduction of the price or c) to withdraw from the contract of sale, unless it is an insignificant actual defect. In order for a property to be considered contracted, it must have been agreed in writing. If the Customer chooses the correction or replacement of the product, INTERNATIONAL SA must make corrections or replacements within a reasonable time. The above statutory rights expire after two years.

    ii. Returns are made exclusively to the postal address 11A Spyrou Lambrou, Ioannina, PC 45333. The receipt of the product by INTERNATIONAL SA will only be done by our cooperating carrier after first contacting us to inform us about the identified problem that has occurred in a specific product. The return of the product to be returned will be done exclusively by the delivery address that you had stated when placing your order.

    iii. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in the condition received, unused, complete, with its original packaging intact and the correct storage conditions maintained.

    iv. The returned products must be accompanied by: With the Retail Receipt / Sales Invoice or the Shipping Receipt and the Product Return Form. We emphasize that, if there is no one of the above documents accompanying the product, your request can not be satisfied, and the product will not be received by our Company.

    v. We will process your Return request within a reasonable time.
The COMPANY is released from the above obligations if it notified the Customer and so he knew, the lack or defect in the product. In addition, the COMPANY does not provide a guarantee, nor does it guarantee protection for a properly sold product for any specific purpose.

C. Order Change / Cancellation

Change or cancellation of an order is accepted only if the Order Confirmation has not been sent, ie the order has not been completed. D. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

For out-of-court settlement of the dispute, you can contact the competent bodies for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. at the General Consumer Secretariat of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (www.efpolis.gr), to the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), in the Committees for the Amicable Settlement of consumer disputes (article 11 of Law 2251/1994) based in the local Municipalities of Greece.
